I have been having headaches for the past week or so. My son started preschool so my schedule has changed significantly. Apart from that, there are many other challenges in my life just now. Sometimes it seems so hard to cope.

Getting the proper amount of sleep is an absolute necessity if you want to feel your best. It will take time to adjust to an earlier schedule but you can do it. Look at your sleep time as the time someone else has to deal with whatever happens.

I actually did and I am feeling like a brand new person, I realized after that I was having a sinus related problem that resulted in the constant headaches and fatigue as well, but I am doing much better now. Thanks

Glade to hear you are doing better. Sleep is very important; it's hard for me sometimes. I work 12 hour shifts and switch from days to nights on a monthly basis.

That must be hard and you because for the first two weeks your body needs time to adjust itself and then by the time it gets used to sleeping in the daytime, then it's time to switch again to night time. Hmmmm
