Gratitude reduces stress.

If we get in the habit of naming the things we are grateful for, how can we possibly feel cheated or wronged in any way?

It might help to do this every day, especially at first.

Any ideas on the specifics of how to carry this out?

Very true! While there may not be any specifics to carry this out, if we constantly remind ourselves of things that we are grateful for rather than what's not going right for us, we would naturally feel better. And when we feel better, we see things in from a different scenario. And there is less chance of us getting stressed over trivial things.
