Has anyone considered bioidentical hormones to battle adrenal fatigue and to increase estrogen in the body?
I've heard of this clinic, Rapha Health Institute and the treat depression and stress through new and unique medical services.[u][/u]

I Actually found out more... My sister is suffering from peri-menopause... her estrogen levels and other hormones that need to be at a high level are very low... and the hormones that are supposed to be at a low level are very high. She is suffering from stress and mood swings and depression...She is undergoing a bio-identical hormones treatment at Rapha Health Institute at Greenbelt 5... Aside from bio-identical hormones they also have other altrnative treatments that are FDA approved to battle different illnesses.
