Hello people

Did you know that human beings have been using beats and tones from drums and other musical instruments from ancient times to get desired altered states?

Do you know that scientis have already discovered the exact frequencies to achieve the desired mental state?

These requencies are called binaural beats, monoaural beats, isochronic tones, etc. and they were discovered 100 years ago and have real effects on the brain relieving several afflictions such as stress, depression, migraine. etc.

I am using these technologies for two years to fight insomnia and stress, specially after job.

In the market exists many software that generates these beats and tones and some websites have these sounds even mixed with music.

You should search in internet about the "frequency following response effect" that is the scientific principle behind these sounds.

If yo have more questions please let me know.

Binaural beats technology can be very effective. I know it from 2,5 years of experience with holosync soundtracks.

But just be careful when it comes to this technology there are plenty of products on the market that are pure BS. If somone promises to you miracles after 30-day then forget about it... it's not worth your time.

To get results with this technology takes time, there will be some noticable changes after few months but for dramatic changes you have to wait at least several months or more.

The good news, however, is that it definitely works and as time goes on you can clearly see improvements in: depression, stress, anxiety etc.

Finally a little warning at the end -- this type of technology, or at least the one that I use, stirs up a lot in the unconscious mind, which causes the aspect of yourself you don't like to come out to the surface. In other words to get the benefits you have to face your dark side -- there is no other way if you want the benefits -- once you go through some hell, however, there's an undescribable difference in comparison to what was before.

I have lots expertise in this area, if you have any specific questions I'll be glad to answer.

Let whatever happens be ok

yes, music is great for easing some emotional inner turmoil. It affects our moods. Classical music has many benefits. When I want to relax, I listen to soothing and relaxing music like that of a piano sound or like that of a music box. I really like it and it makes me feel calm and asleep too.

You can buy CD's of sounds like running water, gentle wind blowing and rain to name a few.

They really help you get off to sleep and you awake feeling great.

I am a big believer in music being a powerful way to manage stress as well as managing most mental states. It's a powerful auditory trigger.

I also am a big fan of binaural beats. I have definitely found them to work for me. The problem that I have is that I have not managed to uncover any academic papers (i.e. University research) that show definitive clinical benefits from binaural beats. (Despite my belief that it is effective for me.)

If anyone can point me to academic research that proves the benefit I'd be greatly appreciative. I am sure it is out there somewhere. I don't feel it appropriate to recommend binaural to clients until I can find scientific research to back it up.

BTW the product I use personally is from centrepointe and I find it to be excellent.
