Exercise reduces Stress, which do you use?

Hello,
I am a great one for using exercise to reduce stress and I would like to know other people's experience.
I use Shaking the body while deep breathing, that's my favorite when 'really' stressed and bothered!
What is yours?
Of course there is always meditation, but not talking about that, that's the highest best!
