Isolation Tank

He uses some mind expanding drugs (not required) and an isolation tank in an attempt to experience altered states of consciousness It's an interesting movie and William Hurt is a good actor. It's worth watching. It puts a bit of a scary spin on the use of an isolation tank, but I think that it would be interesting to try out a session or two. Health spas are starting to offer timed, paid use of them. You can also purchase them though they are a little too pricey for most and maintenance - especially mold - would certainly be an issue to take very seriously. Has anyone either considered giving an isolation tank a try? Better yet, has anyone ever used one? I think that they are a good stress management candidate. Thanx, ~Newbie Shield~

I mean I like to be alone, but at the same time I need good space around. It makes me feel free. Sitting in a restricted place some what makes me feel bound. The best I feel would be go to forest or on a hill top. It will immediately relax you. Our Guru always tells us to be as much as possible with nature. __________________ Stress Management Forum
