Ok, first off, I have always been a man who takes care of the stressful times in my life. Things that I would call normal. My wife is always telling that I am stressed out. I keep telling her that I'm fine, but she appears to be suffering from stress as well. She tells me that her stress is caused by my stress. Am I stressed and don't see it? How do I differentiate between normal and above normal stress?
I find myself getting more and more frustrated with everything as years go by. I'm about to be 37 in a couple months and haven't come close to my self-expected achievements. I feel like I'm failing and that I have no control.
Am I stressed out?

hi there,
there are so many different forms of stress its very easy not to be aware of it. i never am until im out of it.
firstly i wouldn't let your wife blame you for the stress in her life. you cant manage stress if you think its anything other than a perception that you hold. like you said "haven't come close to my self-expected achievements"
its all just a perception that we put on ourselves and it can be let go of as easily as that. look at your good points and let go of the criticism
If you are stressed out, your wife probably feels like it has something to do with her. maybe you could both do some self reflection? there are loads of stuf like that around these days, just ask google.
thems my words of wisdom, take care of yourself x
