We all seem to talk about our own stresses and those close to us, but what about our animals? I am lucky that the ones we have seem to be carefree to the fullest but what happens when your pet is stressed I wonder?

Well, my kitty gets stressed when there are fireworks going off outside. She hates them, and hides away.
There's not really much I can do to help her, other than making sure that she is comfortable, and has food and water, and a litter tray in her chosen hiding area.

Hi Cooks,
I've seen animals go through the whole range of emotions including fear and stress.
I agree with Cool - animals do get very stressed out due to events. I've also seen many domestic pets that were abused in various ways and they were emotionally damaged. It was clear by the look on their faces and the way they behaved, very sad.
