Hey, Interesting question. What is my biggest fear/frustrations about my stress? Or what stresses me about my stress? "I'm completely stressed out stressing about my stress!!" On a side note, although we should be aware of our stress and although the media and sites like strese should make us aware we should be careful that we don't get more anxious because we know about stress than is required. What are my fears - I suppose health issues such as a heart attack. My frustrations are also my fear in that I still get stressed without noticing and then displacing it i inappropriately. Last night I snapped at my son and when I thought about it I realised I had a day of frustration trying to register on sites and not getting those funny letters right.Being inappropriate and "the last straw..." are fears and frustrations. I suppose letting go every time something does not go your way is one answer.

Hi
I try not to get frustrated over my stress as it will only aggravate my feeling of apathy. Letting go and acceptance that I am currently in stress is a better option for me. At the same time, I try to seek out for ways to reduce this stress.

Hi there,
Try not to identify yourself with stress, for instance, by saying " I'm stressed." you just labeled yourself and lost your personal identity to stress! It is right allow yourself to let go and give stress away, nature will take it. People can take control of their lives and become calm. just takes a bit of practice and desire. the choice is calm is healthy, stress is dis-ease.
