I was talking to a friend today and he was telling me how one of his coworkers was stressing him out. It leads me to telling him to not let other people stress you out. A lot of people are unhappy and you shouldn't let them bring you into the same problem.

Sometimes we let the best get to us, the best as in those who we let easily get under our skin. Once in awhile this happens to me but it takes abit to learn to ignore people like that.

I've had to learn to shut others out when they come trying to give their stress to me. I already have enough of my own and I am dealing with my problems. They can deal with theirs too.

In order to not allow other people's stress affect you, you have to be really focused, be calm and have a sense of humor, sometimes when you laugh at their comments or actions, that is enough to lighten the moment.

Yeah I do agree with Mika, Laughing can really lighten the moment. I see I do it and don't even realize it. Thanks for putting this on the page.

There is one good thing that I learnt recently . Try it out, no harm. Whenever you enter the office before starting any work just sit in your place for few minutes. Concentrate in your heart area and think of persons who irritate you and give out love to them. Positive statements in general like, : today I`ll not harm myself by creating anger within me" etc can also help a lot. Remember when we are getting sngry or irritated , we are hurting ourselves first and then others. So just concentrate on your heart chakra and give out love. It works! try

Hi. I have the same problem like your friend. I'm so stess daily because some of my coworkers are so miserable and unhappy with their life so they are trying to create problems to the other people that are happy and calm.
Thank you so much for your advice you helped me to see another option of my problem.
