One of the most prominent symtoms of stress is experiencing unexplained fatigue. Your energy levels drops and the enthusiasm you used to have earlier seems to fade away. You may lose interest in your day to day activities and feel like running away from this world. Other prominent symptoms may include:

* Muscle aches
* Loss of sleep
* Loss/Increase of appetite
* Unexplained weight loss/gain
* Frequent colds

Hi all,

thank you for the info.

I have one question about all these symptoms. Are all these symptoms instantaneous symptoms or symptoms which display on a prolonged period?

How do I differentiate between a hypertension and high blood pressure from a stress attack?

Do you recommend any on spot medicine?

trouble sleeping
muscle tension
Headaches
upset stomach, ulcers, and other gastrointestinal problems
fatigue/loss of energy
nervousness/anxiety/panic
overeating
mood changes/depression
weakened immune system
weight gain

These symptoms can pop up immediately or worsen over time. The severity of the symptoms worsens according to your worry about them (of course). Remember that stress is rooted in the mind...the more you worry about stress the worse it gets. You have to figure out a way to get out of thought before you can ever get rid of stress. Surprisingly these symptoms can be cured as quickly as they can appear with conscious breathing and meditation (which are designed to bring you to a state of Presence...which excludes thought).
