How Will You Change Your Exercise Routine This Year?
Has anyone made any New Years resolutions?
I'm going to switch from mostly walking and jogging to mostly swimming and bicycle riding for aerobics for want of a variety in working out.
I'll continue with weights, martial arts, and stretching out.
Has anyone considered changing their diet as well?

I've started doing a lot of endurance training this year.
I'm testing for my second level black belt in Karate in a couple months and I want to be in peak shape for it since the test is quite demanding.
I'm also not consuming any alcohol from now until then as well.
My diet is pretty much the same, but I'm trying to watch and make sure I don't over-eat, which can be hard sometimes.
