Everytime when i was stressed out, i won't continue my works. Instead, i will surrender myself to nature, and let nature cures and eases my stress that i'm facing. Believe me, you will be shock how much mother nature can ease your stress. Gardening, sight-seeing, or camping are a few of those activities involving nature. Your mind will relax. When it's time you get back to work, you will see that, you are going to solve those headaches and problems confidently.

Nature gets your mind back to optimistic. Do you agree? Or anymore suggestions?

I agree 100%. For me, there is nothing like a slow, carefree walk along the woods, being aware of the nature around me, to beat stress and to nourish my soul.

Well said Vishal! In fact, listening to the nature is very up-lifting. Take a walk along the wood, listening to birds chip, and the wind caresses youe face, you will surely enjoy it! Most of all, it will beat and release stress. And yes, it definitely nourishes our soul.

The calm, serenity and tranquility of nature = remedy for releasing stress.

Agreed, these days it seems everybody is stuck indoors. A daily dose of nature is great for relieving stress, clearing the mind, brainstorming, and general relaxation.

I often have my best ideas when I'm out biking or hiking.

The challenge is during winter months, not a big fan of cold.
