What is common thing you will find among most stressed people?

They have lost the ability to laugh. And when you lose the ability to smile or laugh, you lose your sense of humor. And when sense of humor is lost, health is lost. When health is lost, everything is lost.

Just close your eyes, breath slowly and deeply and smile. Practice this simple exercise for 5 minutes and see the difference it makes. And do it whenever you feel stressed.

Hi Vishal,

It's really sad to see someone that is so stressed or depressed that they have lost their ability to experience joy.

I have no idea how a person could be a face-to-face therapist. The weight of that sort of job would do me in within a week or two.

The meditation you suggest is interesting. Does it work in a physiological manner - sort of mechanical?
