Stress balls are soft balls (less than tennis ball in size) that can be squeezed with your hand to release tension in your arms. Stress balls work on the principle that when you tense a muscle (by squeezing the ball), relaxation follows when you release the tension or grip. If you are aware, the popular progressive relaxation technique works on the same principle wherein you progressively tense and relax each part of your body.

i have seen some people using these stress balls. but i don't think they are suitable for all stressed out people around us.

these balls could help some people with some particular type of stress. but some of them can't get any help out of it.

i saw someone getting more stressed and excited squeezing the soft ball in a violent way yet not getting any result.

I have used stress balls in the past and they are very helpful in making me relax. And Taj, sometimes violently squeezing the ball is the way that the person relieves their stress

That explains all to me!

I was thinking that may be a violent squeeze could deteriorate the situation.

Another point to consider for the stress balls are the availability.

You never know, when you will be stressed out and might require the stress ball.

They might not be available whenever you need or wherever you need.

Taj
