Have you ever caught someone else's stress that was around you? It ended up being so bad one time that with a family fight we both went to sleep angry, don't get caught up in this and avoid it at all costs. Working it out is better than sleeping upset.

Yes, tension rubs off on those around you. Its not really very fair either, given that they might have been having a good day until you came around and spoiled it!

Hi!
Actually, we get caught up in some one elses's situation at times and spoil our routine. this is all because of interpreting things in our own way and trying to relate with our situation.
Every body has his own way of deeling with situation and how can we decide everything for others in that particular situation.
In any case, DISCUSSION ends up in some fruitful conclusion rather then ARGUMENT, which may lead to confrontation and damage to relationships.

Oh yes I know what you mean, if you surround yourself with people who are always stressed out it is bound to rub off you sooner or later.

I think a lot of people like to try and fix others problems, a key condition of this is to take on the problems of others and make them interfere with your own life. I think a conscious understanding of your own situation and the situations that many people cant avoid taking on is a good way to separate the two and do both yourself and your friends some good.

Stress can be passed on to those people around you because others will be affected by your actions and of course, your actions will get reactions from others. So if you actions are bad, it will most likely to ignite bad reactions too.
