This is the hardest thing I am dealing with right now. Does anyone have some suggestions to help ease me back into sanity? Thanks.

Trying to find time for yourself is about the most important thing you can do right now. You need extra sleep for a start, and to work your body less hard.

I am almost over with being sick and the meds they gave have had be nodding off more times ever in my life (minus the first month after my kids were born). I hope once this is over with I can get onto some type of schedule.

I would think the best thing for you to do while sick would be to sleep. Sleep is when your body fights Infections and repairs it's self the most. You should also drink a lot of water, staying hydrated is key.

Sleep is not always an option some of us have. Me for example I have a young child and I work from home, so who would take care of everything home wise when I am sick? If thats the case, my spouse would need to lose a days pay of work, so I can see why some stress over this, but slowly I am learning to be healthier in my living styles and avoid being sick, otherwise I have no answers now.

Is it possible to have someone in, like a relative to keep an eye on your child while you rest? I know this will depend on the age of the child. If daycare is not too expensive, you may even consider this for a few hours a day, just so you can get some quality rest and get better faster.
