Greetings Vishal,
Thought I might add one more ...
I find getting plenty of sleep daily to be very helpful.
I always find that I'm in a great mood when I get a lot of sleep.
My mind and body is well rested, and I feel mentally prepared to take on the day.
Just my two cents...

Agree Nikhil! Sleep is one the best stress busters. However, when you are stressed, you often lose sleep and when you lose sleep, you get stressed more. It's a vicious cycle. Often it so happens that people who are chronically stressed don't get good sleep even if they want to. And that makes them more stressed.

My favourite stress relief tip of all. Take a relaxing bath. Add music, candles and a glass of your favourite drink: beer, tea, hot chocolate, wine or even champagne. Close the door and forget about everything else for an hour or so. This helps to increase levels of calmness and the calmer we feel, the less likely we are to get stressed out or depressed. A luxurious way to find stress relief.

Very nice....and, if you add a bit of Epsom salt and/or lavender in the water it gets even more relaxing.

Yes, I have read somewhere that Epsom salts draws the toxins out of the body while lavender oil relaxes one.

Francoise: I have read somewhere that Epsom salts draws the toxins out of the body Yes it's true. Having a hip bath to which epsom salt or even sea salt is added, helps a lot in drawing toxins out of the body.

To NikTheStressMan.
Why is it when I get plenty of sleep, I feel more sleepy and un-energized. I feel like I can't do anything than sleep or rest on my bed. That's why I prefer having lack of sleep than more of it. Is it normal?
Thanks
